General Terms and Conditions

Guarantees
If any manufacturing defect is detected in your order in the first seven days after having received the goods, we will replace whatever is damaged for another product that is in perfect condition and we will pay for any postage and packaging costs involved in this exchange. The product/s that is/are to be changed or returned must be properly packaged. If the products are damaged due to inappropriate packaging we will refuse any returns or refunds.
After this time period we will not accept any returns.

Cancellations, returns and refunds
You can cancel your order as long as it is still in our warehouse. If you have already received it and there is some type of problem or for some reason you are not completely satisfied with it you can return it within 48 hours of having received the order. The regulations on returns and refunds (governed by the Law of 15/1/96 number 7/1996) are as follows:

Returns and refunds will not be accepted if they are not sent in their original packaging and if the product is not in perfect conditions.
If for any reason, the specific product cannot be exchanged for exactly the same one, a refund will be given for whatever it cost you. If you are returning the product because you don’t want it, the postage and packaging costs will be at your expense.

The postage and packaging costs will only be refunded when the product that is being returned is faulty or is not what the client ordered in which case Pielsegura assumes all responsibility.
Damage during transportation
When you receive your order and whilst the delivery person is still there, please check it and make sure that the box/boxes is/are in good condition and that there are no signs of it/them having been banged around, squashed or broken. If there are signs of any of the aforementioned anomalies, please put it in writing right away on the delivery note and keep one of the copies for yourself. Moreover, whenever possible open the package on delivery or at least within the first 24 hours. We must be informed about any damaged goods within 24 hours after delivery.
